You should wait perfectly still for almost a full rotation, until the stick is just about to reach vertical again, and then head exactly Down + Right. Do this correctly and you should get through all of the blocks without touching them. You will need to twitch to the side to avoid the wall at the end, and this may cause you to get 1.26. Try a few times and 1.25 will happen.
