Going the lower route seems to be the fastest on this level. Leave as late as you can manage without clipping the sides and then aim to push yourself around to vertical on the springs. Once you have done that you should head down and left without reversing your rotation, and then go across into the goal. The difficult part is making sure you don't accidentally hit the springs for a second time.
