You should be able to destroy it and fire the last of your clip into the leftmost target before it turns around. Practice untill you can. Unzoom and strafe to the right while reloading. Stop and time the release of the last of your ammunition into the last target immediately while it is turning around. You should be able to destroy it mid-turn.
