Billy Mitchell is a video game player (born July 16, 1965) who is most known for his [[Donkey Kong]] and [[Pac-Man]] records. Several of his records were shown to have discrepancies and evidence of cheating was found and they discovered he stitched together recordings done with an emulator (which was banned). He has sued [[Twin Galaxies]] and [[Guinness]] (companies that held and kept track of top scores of the games and his records) as well as [[Karl Jobst]] (a YouTuber who in a video covered his cheated runs and another which showed a clip claiming he cheated) with defamation.
